Customer Master Record
The customer master file is presented as a searchable browser. Once the account has been located, the master record can be displayed.
Operations and functions that relate to a customer account are accessed from the customer master record.
Customer accounts are of 2 types - cash and 20th following. Credit limits can be applied, head office billing is supported and various other administration options are available.
All transactions are maintained as open items until matched and balances are aged according to the transaction dates.
Every transaction and all invoicing history is held against each account and available to preview or print.
The system supports an extensive range of customer reports.

Supplier Master Record
The supplier master file is presented as a searchable browser. Once the account has been located, the master record can be displayed.
Operations and functions that relate to a supplier account are accessed from the supplier master record.
Supplier accounts are of 3 types - cash, 7 day and 20th following.Various account administration options are available.
All transactions are maintained as open items until matched and balances are aged according to the transaction dates.
Every transaction and all goods received history is held against each account and available to preview or print.
The system supports an extensive range of supplier reports.

Inventory Master Record
The inventory master file is presented as a searchable browser. Once the item has been located, the inventory master record can be displayed.
Inventory items can be quantity controlled or non quantity controlled.
Schedules and Bills Of Materials are also supported. Each item can have a text note which can be changed to suit invoices, purchase orders or quotations.

Invoicing
Invoices are created from the customer master record. quotations and sales orders are also supported.
Invoices that have been raised are stored in the invoice archive file and can be easily displayed and reprinted.
The program supports a range of standard layouts and all printers are supported.

Reporting
Felix provides a comprehensive range of predefined reports. All reports can be previewed to the screen, allow several levels of zooming, and can be exported in various formats.
In addition, there are a number of report generators included in the software that will create files in standard spreadsheet format.

Program Settings
Felix includes the ability to control the way the program works, both globally and at user or workstation level.
There is also a user security option, off by default but which can be enabled via the program settings. This will force users to log in with a password.
The administrator can then control which functions are available to any individual user.
